Objective: to relate 3 different uses that seemed incompatible in a single space. The challenge was to effectively converge the residential, commercial and office use into one harmonious architectural place.

Assignment to intervene a part of the Venezuelan Coast.
Objective: Rehabilitate an area with great potential due to it´s geographic location, which by the time was not being used adequately.
